John spent quite a bit of time, over the phone, instructing me on how to remove the batteries. After purchasing new batteries, I called him again, and he walked me through the entire process!! He spent roughly an hour with me on the phone, and would only accept a "thank you" for his time! I can't believe there are still people like John in the world. What a joy it was to find him!!

Called John because I had a large safe that would NOT open. John had me send him a pic of the safe and he was able to get the safe open over the phone! I’m offered him $$ and he wouldn’t even take it. Outstanding service, I cannot recommend John enough! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!

John and his team are amazing, I brough in some digital mobile safes that the batteries had died in, and had lost the keys to! Worst possible scenario- however John worked his magic and was not only able to get into the safes, he was able to repair some broken aspects of them as well. On top of the quality of service, John is, himself, a great guy to interact with. Not many business owners like him around any more. Highly, highly recommended.

John was incredible. My biometric floor safe would not open. After spending close to an hour speaking with the manufacturer of my floor safe I finally gave up. I left a message for John who immediately called me back. John had me take a few pictures of the safe and then proceeded to trouble shoot the problem with me OVER THE PHONE. End result - John solved this issue in a mere 10 minute phone call. No joke. And this was just based off being provided a few simple pictures via texts. I was blown away. Especially when the manufacturer of the safe's final assistance was to provide me with and I mean they literally sent me an email with instructions on how to "cut into" the safe using a grinding saw with a 7" wheel. I can't not thank John enough, nor can I speak more highly of him, his service, professionalism, KNOWLEDGE - you can not nor will you go wrong by making John your first call!

John was amazing. He came to fix our safe that wasn't working - the lock seemed to be stuck. He found a simple solution. He solved it quickly and barely even charged me the price for a lunch at mcdonalds. Plus, he was kind, informative, and a pleasure to talk to. Big, Big, Big thumbs up. Thank you.

What a great guy. He walked me through opening my floor safe on the phone in two minutes flat. If you have safe problems he is the guy to call. I tried to pay him for his time but he refused. Old style service for sure.
